Waste Management and Sorting:
- a) Minimize the effect of the environment.
- b) Comply with legislative requirements.
- c) Reduce the amount of waste by prioritizing recycling.
- d) Promote the reduction of waste generation.
Scope: This procedure applies to all the waste we generate in the plant. Classification:
- a) Household (leftovers, cleaning waste)
- b) Recyclable (paper, cardboard, wood, solvents, polyethylene, cans, line discard)
- c) Special (elements impregnated with ink and hydrocarbons, chemicals, batteries, fluorescent tubes)
Both HOUSEHOLD and RECYCLABLE wastes are NON-POLLUTING.
On the other hand, SPECIAL WASTES are POLLUTING.

Through our quality we seek to simultaneously satisfy customers, shareholders, employees and the community at large. So, as the executive management, we are committed to:
- Promote, lead and sustain the development of our Quality Management System in order to be the leading company in the paints market.
- Provide a work environment where conditions allow the staff to actively participate in the Quality System.
- Establish, develop and periodically review objectives related to quality issues.
- Implement a gradual planning of our activities to continuously improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
Therefore, the staff is expected to maintain the same commitment shown until today to contribute not only to maintain but also to continuously improve our Quality Management System.

Sinteplast S.A., at its Plant in Ezeiza, is engaged in the manufacturing and commercialization of paints, varnishes, putties, resins, solvents, related products and raw materials for their production.
For the development of our business, we are committed to operating in a sustainable and harmonious way with the environment in which we operate, preserving the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and the community and the environment at large.
To this end, we consider this Policy an essential part of our business, and we ensure its dissemination, understanding and implementation at all levels of the organization.
We are guided by the following non-negotiable principles:
- To comply with the applicable legislation regarding Health, Safety & Environment.
- To provide the necessary resources for the implementation of this Policy and of the goals set by means of our management system.
- To reduce and prevent in a progressive and continuous fashion all risks related to Health, Safety and Environment.
- To conduct periodic audits and reviews in all areas.
- To integrate Health, Safety and Environment concepts into the new projects.
- To reaffirm our adherence to the Responsible Care of the Environment Program, supporting the dissemination and implementation of its guidelines.
- To commit to the strict compliance of the Golden Rules (Reglas de Oro)
- To establish annual goals and objectives for all levels of the organization adhering to the principle of continuous improvement.
- To ensure that all employees, external collaborators, contractors and anyone who enters our Plant receives the necessary training and/or information to meet the obligations and responsibilities of our Policy.
